Residencial Higuericas is an exclusive residential of 12 single-family homes that is just 150 meters from the Playa de Las Higuericas in Torre de la Horadada with direct access to the park from homes number 1-6 and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

All our villas are independent and fully customizable with individual pool and plot the rest are still available.

Each house has an independent access to the covered garage from the streets surrounding the plot, as there are no adjoining buildings, except houses 2, 3, 4 and 5 that share a common area of access to the individual covered garages.
